No, there is a scale of discounts but he did do a one off special.

Just looked up old posts. Original deal for end of November was 25%off. He then offered an unconditional 20% off every thing.............for December only!!!

Yep, financial year end looming, need to move stock after bank account raided by the EU to fund bankers black hole, at least that's my guess as to why Colin did that. Standard business practice at year end.
