Hi Kieron, Thanks for your reply. Husband suggested to them today that they should bleed engine again and I emailed them hopefully the right way it should be done. Whether they will listen or not is another matter. The heater only works intermittently, mostly just blows cold, but AC works...

I don't think so, but I will ask. Pretty sure they removed front one in housing and put one in the back. Then, when no difference put the front one back on and removed back one!

Thanks Freelaner, will ask them tomorrow. Freelance, I know the thermostat that was on originally was the wrong type and in the wrong place (a large housing unit with thermostat inside). They changed it to the other thermostat and it did not make any difference, so they have changed it back...
