I don't think so, however he said he'd checked all cylinders and no 3 was fluctuating high out of limits. It was a LR specialist so I'm assuming he knows what he's talking about! Do new injectors need encoding or can they go straight in?

Evening all, Had the motor looked over at the weekend and was informed that cylinder 3 is out of limits and the injector needs replacing. I can't see anything about it in Rave, has anyone done this before and is it pretty simple? I think the original injectors are Bosch so shouldn't be hard...

Good gen gents, thanks for your help. Just had RoverTune in Reading have a quick look, they found a perished hose off the turbo which is probably causing the issue. Furthermore, diagnostics said no3 cylinder needs a new injector - anyone done it before and is it straight forward? Can't see it...

Had a look under the bonnet and underneath, no apparent cracks in pipes. Very bizarre. I used to get 600 miles from a tank, since this reduced MPG, I'm now getting 450 for no apparent reason. Cruise control still not holding the speed. What are the tell tale signs of the turbo going?
