hi druim, that is worth trying, I assume the wires you are talking about would be running somewhere between the end chassis and the tailgate hinge. ~I''l have a look tomorrow morning and see if it solves anything.Cheers

yes, I know what you mean, just the bonnet is now locked again as the becm was warning me of that and to add more luck my suspensions are now in unloading mode, no way I can get under now. I just spoke to 2 locksmiths and a range rover specialist and they rekon that only way is to rip the lock...
