Not sure on milage but I would estimate about 10 000 but it has done167000 miles and last cam belt was done at 70.000 and I presume It is the original pump seals from new and was used off road a lot so it has had quite a hard life and I think there was a slight leak when I got it as I couldnt...

Latest update I spoke to diesel bob this morning and he said the price for the Viton seal is £5 and if I take the IP with me he will supply, fit and time the pump for £30 while I wait. So I am taking it over today. Thanks very much for all your help....Tony

Not got any plans at the moment as I have never done a injector pump or timing belt, the nearest thing I have done is a headgasket so I will be doing some research over the weekend and my timing kit should arrive tomorrow hopefully...Tony

Just noticed something is leaking from the cambelt housing drain hole on my 300Tdi it dont smell like cat **** anyone got an idea what the problem is and what is causing it before I go to bed and have nightmares about it...Thanks...Tony
