That's what I was thinking... having built a car previously and just stuck injectors in.. then setup regs. said injectors... the only setup I came across was flow rates...

We seem to have a missfire and was dia. as having a slight issue on cylinder3 just after chirstmas... so was going to get C3 injeector changed.. however, I am being told that injectors need to be mapped back in...? is this true or not.. LR main dealer and a local specialist is telling me the...

same thing this morning... i am thinking now that this is a cold starting issue... once its warm there isn't a problem .??? :doh:

however.... :doh: This morning no turbo... :( stopped, gloves on have a look at the pipes, all tight... Bonnet down carry on... turbo coming back??? took it out of gear to see what the TPS response would be and revs up then hold/carries on a little bit before settling... Think I read...

sorted... :doh: intercooler hose had come lose... Still got the whilste but think this is the intake thats not tight enough... leaking through the spring clip going to replace that with a proper one

Not had time to try this but now I def. lost the turbo :( and under throttle we have what sounds like the heater fan coming on... C**K going to investigate further tomorrow when we have light... also engine warning light ticking on and off on the dash...

Could this be causing the whistle? and the issues? The cap was loose so I tightened it till it clicked, but even then just at idle it hisses???

Also noticed today that the (pardon the lack of knowledge here) Orangey red fluid in the bottle top left (driver side) was hissing once I turned the engine off,... is this normal.. never noticed it before...? Says on the top that it should be 16psi??? at a guess this is the brake fluid due to...

ok .. so... not much of a suck on the EGR boost bit... replaced the left hand side pipe anyway and the whistle still there... :( should I replace the filter next? proper stuck now...

ming found that the other day... should this be just free to air...? as mine is... will check to see if this is issue at the weekend... Cheers rustymark: Been all over the hoses... removed all but the very bottom ones. reconnected and still the same problem.. I have had the one on the left top...

cleaned all the plugs the other weekend... changed the air filter and blanked off the EGR valve.. pick up is much better but fuel cons is still down and the whistle is still there...? this has gotta be a turbo leak but would cause the loss in MPG?
