had this a few weeks ago on my td5, the fuel pump was the cause, would let enough fuel through just for tick-over but was so lumpy it was awful, as soon as i put my foot on the gas pedal all hell let loose, stopped it and got recovered, changed the pump and no more problem

if the fpr is leaking you will see it from underneath, get a torch at the back end of the inlet manifold while its ticking over, usually leaks from the sphere on the underside, as sierrafery said i tried the repair kit and didn't work so bought new including the small o ring for the fascia and a...

a big +1, just changed my alternator and found the pipe split, oil leaking for a couple of weeks before the change

could be a blocked rad, they need a flush through as the crud inside builds up and partially blocks it, check to see if all the rad is getting hot and also check the hoses for delamination

i wouldn't put spacers on mate, tidy as is

all mods covered when i took out the insurance, so anything i do to it now no need to ring them, that includes a roof tent and rack

i'm looking to purchase a roof top tent to attach to my sankey trailer i'm building:), is there one out there being sold, ideally with under shower curtain/awning

Hi Dan did you get a chance to look at the receiver, i have a nanocom evo 2 i could plug in for you if you need it as it has the P38 software, maybe re sinc the fob to the car. just a thought ;)

Hi all Just thought i'd try here and see if anyone has a rear ladder from a disco, 200/300/td5, i have just purchased a roofrack and roof tent so funds a very low, let me know if you have one lying around or from a vehicle being broken, not worried about looks. regards
