hi all, ive got a mission of welding on my original chassis so looking at the route of replacing the chassis how hard is this ?? im not new to mechanics etc, but never tryed attacking nothing like this so advice well needed please thanks alot :(

im restoring my land rover disco 1, ive took all panels out i.e, floor, floor sides, rear cross member, inner quarter panels etc, now preping the chassis by wire wheeling it clean and knocking all the surface rust off and getting pretty far, when finished planning on por-15 the whole chassis and...

any advice on cleaning up whole chassis, preping for alot of welding and por 15 the whole chassis as soon as finished work, i was thinking jet wash dirt and crap then wire wheel on a angle grinder and go to town, but if you've had a easy route how to do this any help would be great as my route...

is it possible to get some replacment panels as mine are half gone, rust has ate it away, so making one with be to hard as no template, also all the holes and nuts are on there for rear seats please help what do i do also floor should be welded to them :(
