    Yep, I did that but there are 2 different types I think pre and post 2002. Barrels are different from all I can find. Perhaps I will just have to take the chance on the pre 2002, the door keys are different to the ignition.

    I have had a look about and think these are from a later defender. I want to change barrels in the door handles. Struggling to pinpoint which ones they are. Can anyone confirm what age or barrel I should be buying from the photos. Help much appreciated.

    Not checked. The rear prop is at one he'll off an angle. Much shorter than range rover as its now in an 88". Says it should be aligned, not like the front. Perhaps this should be phased too, given the length and angle.🤔 Would explain the vibration......👍

    Thanks lads. Another issue came up so been sorting that. Got a blocked injector, So waiting for a set to replace them. The borg warner seems to be working, not seized, no skipping. I have custom props. So hoping they have been made the right length. They seem to be. It has the 90s rangie axles...

    It needed lengthening by 1/2 inch to engage properly, so the plan was to cut, sleeve and weld it. Anyway, in a rush to get it together the end was crushed in the press.... It would be good to get one that doesn't have the nuckle in it. I can cut and shut if too short but I would rather not...

    Looking to sort out a missing part, the one shown is too short. Are the splines the same on other landrovers that I can get a new replacment? Identify what this is off would be a start.

    Haha. There was lots of oil dripping. The zf4hp took about 4 litres to get it to the right level. The bodged atf cooler hoses where leaking......... need new, but its stopped leaking after bodging the bodge....... It shift well with no noise going up the box. I like the idea of the drum...

    Hi, Yes the fuel pump primes for a second then goes off when the ignition is turned on. I have checked the cable to the coil and this is good. I have the RRC haynes. The discovery wiring diagram looks the same as the one in the Haynes. The colours of the wires all match up too, and the...

    OK, I will test the fuel pressure. It's a 14cux EFI so if the coils disconnected the ecu will not get a signal to inject fuel. But will it still try and inject fuel if, as tested, 2 off the injectors appear to be out of the circuit?

    I have 3.9 EFI range rover in a 90. It turns over, sparks, but wont inject fuel. The fuel pump spins. Not checked pressure yet as it seems to move fuel. It just stopped whilst idling a while ago, now won't fuel. Gone though the Haynes manual efi checks. Everything's good until the injector...

    Found head gasket sealer everywhere. Had to take 10 thou off the heads to remove the warp. Fitted a new radiator and flushed everything out. It pains me the nice souls I bought her off just launched this stuff in and said nothing just to sell........
