Evening all, so I’ve found the Bluetooth module in my 08 l322 has been bypassed. When I removed it I’ve found the pins are green on the multi pin plug as it’s been wet (seems to be a common fault). I want to replace it but one out of a Range Rover is around £130 as far as I’ve seen. However...

So, I can report back that it was a drop link. I can’t believe that it made that much of a knock, I would have sworn it was the bottom ball joints and failing that the strut!

I’ve just been out, put it in off road height and taken pictures of the labels. Near side is Delphi. Off side just says the part number, which part number it replaces and made in uk. Anybody any idea what brand the o/s one is?

I bought it about 6 weeks ago with this knock, thinking it’d be the control arms and ball joints. Looks like someone has changed both shock units recently as they are really clean. Possibly Delphi units (I’ll be putting it back up on the ramp tomorrow so I’ll see).
