Ive just bought a 3.9V8 disco and the fuel economy is shocking, i got 100 miles out of £60 and that was driving slowly. Can anyone advise me of where to investigate first as something is clearly wrong.

Ive just bought a 98 3.9V8 and id like to convert it or pay someone to convert it to LPG... but i want it done cheap, can anyone hel with advice or where i can get bits from etc

Got 75 out of my 200tdi on the way to work this morn, is that good... my last landy struggled to hit 60

Been reading through a few threads bout this one, i have a 200tdi, am i right by saying it will run on neat clean veg oil?? im not sure as i dont want it to smoke but if i was to chuck in 10 litres with £30 of derv would it smoke??

any ideas how i can stop it smoking when its first started, clears straight away??

Do I need rear seat belts on the over arch bench seat, i know its advisable but is it law? my friend says its only forward facing seats that require belts?

Ive notice oil splatters on my rear wheels, is this leaking from the hub and if so how do i fix it? cheers

I have a 93 200tdi, lots of miles but very sweet engine and pulls like a train, it has started to puff a little bit of black smoke when accelerating through the gears, its only a puff... is this a worry? could it be over fueling, i did notice a lttle bit of oil in the air filter too!

Can someone please give me some advice, i know absolutly nothing about electrics and want to wire up a new winch, its not going to be used much, the wires are currently too short to reach the batterys so i was gonna run the live to the starter motor and earth to the chassis, will that work? I...
