Evening. I can't seem to find any info on whats the best settings to have when driving both normally and when towing. Do you have the settings fully up when towing? Fully down when driving? Which is best? Does it matter? thanks, Steven

    checks before departing..

Morning. I'm collecting my RR tomorrow and lets please assume I get it back OK (150+ miles). The next day I'm sticking a caravan on, loading it up with wife'n'stuff, and going away. Apart from usual maintenance checks, Can I please ask what EAS-related checks (plus others) I can make to...

    V8 P38 on the way

OK, I was joking. Altho... Can I still get EAS faults even if my main suspension parts have all been replaced? And could cracked blocks and slipped liners still occur even if the CHs and HGs have been renewed? Surely Mr Tek we're being a tad pessimistic?.. S

    All comms

Is that right - that nobody until now has soldered together a device with accompanying software for us to buy? If that's true - does that mean all users up until now with on-board computer faults/messages have had to go to a LR 'specialist'? I used to have an 05 WRX Impreza and there's loads...

All comms saved me a fortune!!

A 'good news' story! I've just done a little searching and can't find any fault-finding software for the p38 yet? Is that true? I used to have an Impreza and there's loads of people with their laptops offering diagnostics (and remaps). If that's true - does that mean all users with on-board...

    De-Catting The Beast

OK, thanks for that. So how pricey is replacing the 'cam and heads' (what are these - sorry). On the deCat MOT front, I'm in LPG gang, so believe it will sail through as long as they've switched to gas when testing.. regards, Steven
