Grounded the orange wire and the pump jumped into life again. When ground from orange wire removed and reapplied it takes about 5 minutes for the compressor to kick in again. This is normal?

Hmm it doesn't say much about the alignment apart from keeping the steering wheel straight when fitting the joint to the box.........

Might be easier to take the steering wheel off and put it straight than to disconnect the box again.....

Oil leak all fixed :) I was convinced I fitted the steering box in the exact same position as I removed it - only now, when the car goes in a straight line, the steering wheel sits at 10 past 8 :hysterically_laughi

I knew that, only 1 is leaking. Might as well do both though. Got 10 O-rings here :)
