No clutch didn't slip at all.. It was just as yours is, a nightmare to get in gear and low down. But now it's as it should be. There was no way I would have done it myself I just lifted a bit while my brother in law did all the important bits. As he's a mechanic. So yes lucky in that respect.

Chances are that if your slaves gone the fluid contaminates the clutch anyway. I changed mine with a mate so all it cost me was the parts which came to £200 :)
