Recently added a Freelander 2 (2012) to the Landrover collection, it's a sort of addiction! Only problem is switching to high beam blows the 15 amp fuse (sometimes). Ideas please?

Hi guys. I've noticed that the power steering pulley on my 300 TDI appears to have moved forward towards the fan, it is now quite happily munching it's way through it's drive belt. Easy fix without ripping stuff apart?

The air con was n.f.g so I took it off anyway, turned out the water pump impeller had come loose so any extra load just pushed the water temperature up too high. :rolleyes:

Just revisiting this eventually replaced all the injector return hoses, bought GM V6 set and cut them to suit. Instant cure after all the fruitless messing around!

My Disco 300TDI runs better with cheap 2 stroke added, almost an instant improvement in black smoke on start up!

My Disco TDI300 runs great loses a little water, not much but if I switch on the air con it overheats in a few miles and fills the expansion tank to the top. Think I might just dissconnect the compressor what you think guys?

Not yet, one for the weekend. Gonna pull the injectors, change out the filter, it's pretty shabby so I guess it's been a while.:rolleyes:

My Disco 300TDI smokes badly at idle when hot, it doesn't use any oil, loses a tiny amount of water, maybe 1/2 pint on a 300 mile motorway run but smokes when you pull up to a junction or sit at idle after a run, anybody got any suggestions as to a remedy?
