I blanked EGR, but now always get error. It is called EGR has been stucked closed. Can it be fixed somehow? or this is normal?

Hello! Last weekend was driving my TD5 in a snow about 0.6 metres... and well i think i need more low end power. Did anybody install VGT turbo? I've got chip tuning. But low end is still bad.... so VGT should improve it i think.

Many people say to clean red plug from oil. But oil cannot move electricity through it, can it?
