yeah they are good checked every fuse several times to check for blown fuses and has not blown any fuses and all seem to seat positively with no corrosion could the starter motor be at fault (grounding or breaking down inside)

Got an earth strap going to the starter motor body so goin to try putting it somewhere else tonight see what happens

it must be the start relay that keeps going as i don't have rear demise in the new rear loom so taped up the cables so they can't touch ground

That stuff sounds like it would do the job from reading the description it can take upto 250deg.c just running it somewhere inside the engine bay

i used an after market radiator with a plastic oil tank aswell didnt want to put to much pressure on incase i broke it so i just went a little at a time and kept slcakening it back of then go a little more and managed to get it tight enougth without breaking anything did feel like i was going...
