Found out this weekend that you can fit them upside down no problem unless you have a leaking core plug:doh:. Then you have to take it to bits again and fit one the right way up. Nothing like learning the hard way. But the landy now runs:)

I had a saab once only once thankfully everything reported that goes wrong with them went wrong so was reliable in that respect. The best thing about it was getting out of it and closing the door and walking away from it. I am not surprised the company is going t*t* up. The car was absolute rubbish.

Also check if the engine will turn over manually and is not seized before tow starting. Disconnect the battery first and pull the cooling fan or turn the crankshaft nut at the bottom of the engine to see if the engine is free to turn

Not sure yet, web browsing engines from what I have seen re cons are worth more than my landy will keep on browsing
