when i start up, the rear window switches dont work - then seem to start working at some point later after driving. Parked up tonight, rear windows down, and now they wont close. Is there some sort of delay built in? Or is their something I need to change. Sorry if this has been posted...

New to the Disco world after my classic RR fell to bits ! 97 300tdi Rear washer button makes the pump go but no water appears on rear window - any ideas ? And any ideas of things I would need to check and sort out as a priority appreciated ( washer obviously not a priority !) Thanks:)
