Can you buy the Europe disc from a dealers in Dubai? If you could chances are it'd be supplied as the correct region for your LR3 then! Or I'm sure there is some way of resetting the region code on the dvd player! Do a :search: as they say Google is your friend! :D

Could be a faulty temperature sensor on the fuel burning heater? Heater is only supposed to operate below 5 deg C. Think it has been covered on here before somewhere but IIRC you have to remove the front bumper to replace the sensor. You'll probably find it covered in the RAVE CD too! Hope...
