Hello all, I've just got a very nice 2001 disco TD5. Only fault I can find is the rear seat wont lift up to the side. when I turn the bar it doesnt release it from the floor. is this a common problem? and if so, how can I fix it, or at least free it for time being. any tips or tricks here would...

I just checked, and on the green handle on my dipstick, it has the 'O' ring in place, is that all it has to seal it? or should there be something else?

OMG thats scary! :eek: I've just bid on a secondhand turbo on ebay, hopefully it'll last a while.

Oh so am I looking at a new turbo then? or at least a good second had one. Anyone know where I can get a decent secondhand turbo for 200tdi? it's still running to well so dont think its head gasket. Thanks for help.

I have a 200tdi disco converted engine in my defender which runs fine, but recently just noticed a puddle of oil under the car. it appears that the oil leak is dripping out of the downpipe exhaust joint! how can I have oil leaking out of my exhaust?? if so whats causing it. it otherwise drives...
