When you say FOB code,I presume you mean the code that can be read on a unlocked BECM?

Eas kicker has a display screen.You are thinking of an EAS kicker Lite which does not have a screen and only resets faults.

Incorrect EAS kicker reads and clears faults.

It sounds as if from all the attempts at trying to enter EKA etc the BECM has gone into an alarmed lock down state.To unlock it you need specialist software from BBS.You can try pm Rick the PICK.He has a business which is capable of achieving this.

If that is possible,then you need to know what each digit of the nine signifies in order to have the correct code set in the BECM.To try it by experiment could be frustrating.Need to do the maths to see the number of different number combinations possible:D

I dont think the BECM fob codes refer to inidividual number fobs,but a specific key fob "family" consisting of fobs 1-4.

If the engine check light is not illuminating then it sounds as if the BECM/engine ECU has lost sync.As Saint says it will need resyncing with the appropiate tool.Is the P38 a GEMs unit?
