Thanks for all your help folks! I 've got the radiator bleed valve, I have got a water pump coming from paddocks, so am going to wait 'til it arrives, flush the whole system and heater matrix. Refill and keep my fingers crossed!! :rolleyes::biggrin1:

I gave up trying to completely remove the EGR valve!! Just removed the hoses and used the blanking kit on the side of the EGR valve. You should have seen the crap in the pipe work!! The pipe connected directly to the EGR valve had a hole the size of pin letting in air to the valve!! So much...

Well I've been under her today and I cant find any bolt holes or anything that looks like it should take a bolt/clamp. Unless the clamp goes around the chassis, but I dont think the clamps are big enough.
