I have a 56 Freelander1 Freestyle with the 10CD changer. I want to install a 3.5mm audio Jack, I have a BLA-3.5mm connector that I have been told wil plug into the back of the radio/CD player.. has anyone done this? any advice would be a good. Regards Frank.

Thank you I did that tonight... but could not feel it (thinking it could be taped up out of the way) as for the fun bit.. trust me I enjoy a bit of banter like the next man but to enjoy it you have to understand it... and as a new member perhaps you should have let me settle in before you posted...

I understand that pre 2003 versions of my Freelander had a rear fitted 12v power point between the front seats with a ash tray under it. I would like to fit a 12v outlet into what is now a blank plate in the same position. What I would like to know is if there is pre wiring under the centre...
