1st and 2nd are a pig to select but only from stationary some days. On the move they're fine. Is this a common fault? The clutch is getting near the top if that makes any odds. Ta.

Hello from a new L/R Defender owner. Had a few Disco's and Range Rovers in the past but this is my first Defender. '86 90 2.5 diesel N/A. Got a few jobs I want to sort, drop link rubber cracked, rust on rear quarters, doors. Part from that, I'll see how it goes. Might 200 TDI it if funds allow.
