LT77 gearbox question

1st and 2nd are a pig to select but only from stationary some days. On the move they're fine. Is this a common fault? The clutch is getting near the top if that makes any odds.

It's dragging too much, sort the clutch and you will get easier shifting back.

Change the gearbox oil. Once the oil gets old they get difficult to use. The LT77 takes ATF not gear oil.
