    Dash lights

Hmmm. I don't have one of those. The diagram, that matches the wiring colours doesn't show one either although the diagram that matches the age of the vehicle does but the wiring colours are different. Typical Land Rover. Where would that switch normally hide? Is it in the group of three down...

    Dash lights

The dash lights on my ninth have stopped working making it difficult to see how slow I’m going at night. There is no power to the bulbs and fuses are all OK. From the wiring diagram the red wire from the light switch turns into a red/white wire somewhere. There is 12 volts on the red wire so...

Thanks for that, I've now joined :)

Does anyone here go green laning in Norfolk?

Can probably do early Feb. I'll need to get the headlights fixed after my last trip out as they seemed to have gone on strike :(

Does anyone here go green laning in Norfolk?

Trying not to look at mine :) We'll be out again this winter, assuming the ladies don't break down :)

Does anyone here go green laning in Norfolk?

When were you thinking of? My son and I are off out for a drive tomorrow but we'll probably squeeze a day or two more in before we have to go back to work.

Does anyone here go green laning in Norfolk?

I'd be up for that. Clutch was fixed on the Ninety today so hopefully it'll stay working for a couple of weeks :)

    What gave you the bug?

The RAF taught me to drive in one and I passed my test in a series. I then spent the next 3 years driving a lightweight everyday, with a plough in the winter months. 32 years later and I've never really recovered.

    Essex lanes

I've been. It was in the late summer and I was the only one there. I managed to get stuck and when I called up for a tow, the tow guy had buggered off to the races for the day. It's pretty tame but would be better this time of year than when I went. Maybe with more people there would be a tow...

    110 sides

Wouldn't it be a lot less hassle, and cheaper, to simply by a 5 seater 110, remove the extra seats to make it a 3 seater, and leave the door in place? It just sounds like a very strange thing to do and, I would imagine, make it very difficult to sell when you want to get something else.

    110 sides

Buy a 130 instead. Sounds like a hell of a lot of effort.

    Tonight 7:30pm BBC One.East midlands

It really annoys me when I hear people, like that lady on the show that bought her house 17 years ago, then try and change the place around them. If you don't want to live on a green lane, don't buy a house on one! The main argument seemed to be, we want it to be quiet so they should be banned...

You can have mine for 5k. It's only worth about 2k but I'm willing to let it go for 5k as you're in Norfolk :) :hysterically_laughi

Thanks for the info. I'll have to find something longer and thinner than the pliers I have.
