the rear cross member on the end of chassis rails has got a lot of rott on the offside and has become a hole above the mounting point is this a mot failure and if so is it a big job. craddocks do the cross member for £119. any advice needed as mot up in three weeks. thanks jj

took for mot on wednesday failed on n/s track rod end ball joint & o/s drag link ball joint didnt think that was bad that was the 4th mot ive had done since ive had her and thats the 1st time shes failed. had new ball joints fitted thursday morning , passed mot thurs afternoon :D :D :D :D :D...

what is the next mod you want to fit to your disco ? i think mine will be clear indicator lenses and a leather steering wheel:cool:

i ve just went to shut passenger door window off the switch it got three quarter of way up then there was a bang then the window dropped now wont go up or down. any ideas on what the problem is ! cheers jj

my disco insurance is up for renewal but since i took out current policy i have fitted a-bar, spots, side steps, rear lights guards, i now it will affect my insurance quotes but could do with insurance companies names who specialise in the 4x4 cover thanx jj

had my tax renewal in the post very surprised expected to pay £210 :eek: it was only £175 for my 300tdi :) but the missus soon spent the £35 difference :confused:

been thinking about putting wheel spacers on my 300 they say it improves handling and stability and turning circle is this true ? :confused:

blocked my egr valve off i can't believe the difference its like driving a differenr motor:D all i did was disconnect the pipe put a little bolt in the rubber pipe end saves buying a blanking plate.

its just come through the letter box seems like ages since the last one came :mad: off for a good read:D
