Hi there, can anyone post a link or forward details on how to change my fuel pump?. She's a 2006 Td6 with a bit of a fuel leak from what looks like the top of the pump. I have the inlet manifold off and don't want to start stripping pipes and hoses etc off until I know the correct procedure...

Hi Hippo, it's definately not a leak. I've got massive pressure coming from the black pipe when I disconnect it and both the blue pipes hold a vacuum when tested. What valve block are you talking about and where will I find it?. Cheers, Del.

Hi Nick, I'm having a few problems with my 2006 Hitachi based air suspension at the minute. Can't seem to get it to operate properly. I've bought 2 new compressors and it's still giving me the C1A20 fault code, pressure filling too slowly. Get in touch if you think you can help mate. Cheers, Del.

sounds like the head gasket may be on its way out. if you let air out and its back,check to see if there's more air there and sadly it looks like that may be your answer. hopefully im wrong and its something simple,cheers..Del.

sorted!.. it was a broken wire from the os inner wing fuse box to the fuel cut off switch on the ns bulkhead.. the ecu was putting her into 'crash' mode as the power wasnt getting to the ecu to go through the motions as normal.. Marc Linden Auto Electrician of Carluke came out,plugged her...

ok,wee update..just went up,connected the battery and opened the drivers door with 1 press of the fob..the door opened and the immobiliser light went out,as normal,and i put the key in,turned on position one and the radio came on as normal then i turned pos 2 or ignition and the hazzards...
