Mechanical not electrical

I’ve had a mechanical pump fitted to get past depressing EDC issues. Is it possible to now get the check engine light out so that the cruise will work?

I get this problem, fobs work when they please. when they fail, just leave it a while or maybe a day and randomly it all starts working again. So EDC and ECU can just be replaced together and that will sort? (hopefully)

Just giving this a bump, any thoughts?

Hi Shifty ....the vehicles are parked 12 miles apart is why, and they do not fit appears to be a slightly bigger PCD on the TD5 so any other thoughts?

right Im gonna try bolting my v8 wheel on this piggin TD5 that will answer it, thanks all

sorry to be vague here, but the short story is the steels from my v8 were replaced by disco alloys, the steels (complete set) given to business colleague with TD5 who could not get them to fit....but I dont know in what respect. ....anyhow its time for new tyres and we are seeing the 2nd hand...

so can I confirm that your opinion is that defender, range rover or discovery1 rims will fit the the TD5 defender? Im confused as the steel wheels from my v8 defender (94) would not fit on the TD5....

235 85 16 tyres, the nut adjustment would appear straight forward enough, I'll go and have a look at it ...when it stops raining. Thanks

Hi, 1993 110 fitted with alloy wheels from an early discovery, on full lock tyres are hitting the bar thingy that run back to the chassis, is it just a case of fitting spacers? if so any recommendations on thickness. Thanks for any help in advance. ...oh tyres are a sane AT pattern so no...

Thanks, but I really need to get past the "will they fit" question first. I have my eye on a set but am hoping for someone to boost my confidence a bit on the chance that they will fit.
