I have a pair of recaro's left over from my ford RS days and want to know if anyones ever fitted Ford seats to a Disco and if so was it easy?. Gonna have a go at it anyways but it would just be nice to hear from someone with experience ;)

How easy are the 300TDI gearboxes to rebuild? ......... any special tools required?. Recently the box has started whining in 3rd 4th and 5th ........ sounds like shot bearings to me :( I think it's the R380 box .......... reverse is right and down ;) Noticed yesterday it has an oil leak...
