I need to remove the dashboard from the LSE range Rover. I've already removed the most obvious visible screws bu nothing is moving. Does any-one here know how the dashboard should be removed

Went over a bump in my Rangie and there is now a very loud noise from the heater fans. I presume that the motor is at fault which must mean that the dashboard has to come out. Has anyone done his job - what is the best way.
