    Obd tool

I have tried to search through the forums but don’t find a thread that answers my question. What is currently the best option for an obd tool for an 2006 FL1 TD4? Bang for buck…

    Extra relays/fuses

Yeah, borrowed the one photo from one of Hippo’s posts. So the TD4 has none of the wires on the side. The manual and the Haynes book don’t identify the relays I circled… curious what they are for was all

    Extra relays/fuses

Poking around in the motor and I noticed som extra wiring, relays and fuses… my TD4 has the housings for the long range driving lights, holes in the bumper and wiring there, but no lights. I am assuming the relays and fuses are for the long range driving lights… thoughts? Additionally: where...

What have you done to your Freelander today

Replaced the parking sensor speaker… now the parking assistant is fully functional again. Honestly, it is enjoyable to be able to fix so much so easily. Only pain in the ass is having to import almost all the parts to Norway and having to wait for them to reach me up here in the north.

    Freelander 1 Driving lights

2006 TD4 Anyone have the factory long range driving lights attached? I have a couple of questions… I have the casings/covers, sealed with silicone, and the brackets attached. The lamps are gone, holes in the bumper, and the connectors are visible. I have a second fog light button next to the...

    Freelander 1 Instrument lighting

06 TD4 The instrument panel only is lit up when the lights are turned on… this is the norm? Or should the instrument panel be lit up at all times?
