Poking around in the motor and I noticed som extra wiring, relays and fuses… my TD4 has the housings for the long range driving lights, holes in the bumper and wiring there, but no lights. I am assuming the relays and fuses are for the long range driving lights… thoughts? Additionally: where...

Replaced the parking sensor speaker… now the parking assistant is fully functional again. Honestly, it is enjoyable to be able to fix so much so easily. Only pain in the ass is having to import almost all the parts to Norway and having to wait for them to reach me up here in the north.

Haynes says the later models, I assume they they mean facelift, don’t have bulbs. LEDs are fastened and the whole panel needs renewal if they die. It does not mention anything about dimming functions…

So much brighter than mine. Mine might be a quarter of that… too dim. Need to replace bulbs behind the heater controls and figure I might as well upgrade the rest of the lights as well…

Good to hear… Anyone improved the brightness of the instrument panel lighting? I assume it is bulbs that could be upgraded to led?
