ECU was bone dry, loom is pretty dry also. I haven’t reset the codes as I had to take it to a garage to get them in the first place. Will need to get them to do this and see.

Yes. It opening it setting off the alarm at 5.30 in the morning isn’t going to keep me in with the neighbours . The engine starting is loud enough.

just going round the vehicle today pressing the key fob, it works only if I press it by the drivers side window. It both locks abs unlocks but only next to the drivers window.

The Fob LED flashed when I press either lock or unlock, I haven't seen if the dash one reacts, should it flash at the same time? I will have to go and have a look at lunch. What would it mean if it doesn't react to if it does? Thank you on this

Now has stopped both lock and unlock. I will look into getting a new receiver potentially, some posts have said I need to program it again others say its plug and play. Would you know if it is as simple as swapping it out.

It locks by the seems of it but doesn't unlock with the fob, I am assuming its a bugger hidden in the headlining at the back of the vehicle.
