    Yea your right there, I knew it had to be mechanical, as the inlet swap involved injectors out and refitting. They wldnt listen and thought it was electrical, trust Siemens to build an injectorthat cant be refurbed, shes running now, well i hope once i try and get this dipstick guide tube refitted.

    Update. After replacing the 2 wrong injectors i wws supplied, I fitted the 4 new injectors fitted today, system bled ( took a while ) then a bit of coaxing on crank and she fired up. Gm White smoke from drivers exhaust which eventually calmed down, suspect its fuel burn with moisture. Was...

    Hi All good thanks, hope all is well with you!! Not daft at all.. No they are not coded to port, or have difderent ohms etc, the difference is positioning of connector, fuel rail insert and leak off pipe. You can swap banks on the V8 though ie bank 1 with bank 2 1-8 2-7 etc. Cheers

    I thought maybe it had blown when mega fuse went, got it tested and it was fine. Yes it is hurting to pay 1k for 4, but car needs to be running so i need to bite the bullet as they say.

    Would hazard a guess at cery unlucky, as 24hours prior to removal they were working perfectly. from them being removed and regitted they have failed.

    Update After replacing my ECU with a cloned one, still no further forward. Tested the electrics, found current and pulse at plugs etc, decided to go back to the source prior to the repair, removed the 4 injectors and sent them for testing. Result ALL 4 FAILED ELECTRICAL TEST., from 24hours...

    yea after an inlet manifold replacement RR is a non starter. Ran great even with the cracked inlet. R not tested the loom, bit out my league as ive no multi meter. I know theres no current to the injector connectors via the noid test kit. wiring loom looks a bugger of a job Thinking of...

    Plunged in to the wallet and bought the Hawkeye diagnostic, was like a dog with 2 dicks when i got home today :) so its showing: Low fuel presssure, actuator stuck open? injector bank 1and 2 electrical failure P062D P062E. Noid kit showed no pulse whatsoever? Actuator, is that EGR valve?
