Hello I've had a problem with the rear brakes on my fl1, for some reason they seemed to stick, just put new shoes on and they're good now but the handbrake is not so good. I also have the TC, Hill decent and abs with the brake warning light on up on the dash, any ideas? Thanks!

Hello,sadly my td4 freelander decided it didn't need the big end anything longer....I liked the car a lot but I'm struggling to find another td4,but I have been offered a lower millage 1.8 petroleum,are there anything issues with the petrol engines and is it more or less economic than the td4?

Hello, I've finally managed to replace the turbo on the freelander, it's running well but it's very smokey, I had it ticking over until the smoke cleared then revved it up and more smoke, I repeated that prosess until it was clear, I've just been up a good 2 hours later and give it a spin...

Must be the retern pipe, can't fisicly get it back on

It's a little oil pipe, I imagine goes into the sump? It goes back to the engine block, I can't get in to slide it over the steel joining peice

Hello, I've followed ever step and managed to remove the turbo, but ...how on earth do you put a fresh 1 back on?? Been underneath it fir ages and I can't get to fix the pipe off the back of the engine to turbo back on? Any ideas, if not it's going to a proper mechanic

Ok,I'll have a good look, I've bought the landy since the turbo went, I've only noticed the pipe today, I haven't got the turbo off yet to look but I think it's in 1 peice, if not I'll flush it out and change the oil filter again in a week or two.thanks
