    110 headliner material

Spot on - I had considered pva, but emulsion sounds like a reasonable shout to me, as I’ve got plenty sat around!! Looking forward to getting the job done!

    110 headliner material

That’s reassuring - cheers for the info, and that job you’ve done is spot on! - great choice of material, those lights are something else! Ours won’t be as luxurious!! What did you use to seal your headliner?

    110 headliner material

Has anyone replaced the headlining material on their 110 or 90 before? I’m currently away from home and would like to order in some material ready for the job - I’ve seen a few places sell original kits at 62” width, but the wife and I would like to do our own thing, and have seen a perforated...

Land Rover 90 Brake Lights not working (again!)

I had similar issues that I tracked back to the bulkhead loom, I’m not au fait with the 200tdi wiring, but can’t imagine it’s far from the 300tdi. Either way, there was sufficient contamination to cause a drop in voltage. I re-terminated mine for bath socket and pins after cleaning the...

    Lost rag with these bushes!!

It simply shouldn’t have been hanging out like a baboons arse. No real explanation though. Tolerances id imagine.

    Lost rag with these bushes!!

All sorted cheers guys. Fettled it in temporarily for the short term with a beat of heave ho and the hammer. Bearmach got back in touch to confirm it wasn’t right too. Arse end bushes all squared away for the west coast!

    Lost rag with these bushes!!

Wallpaper scrapers at the ready - I’ve also nipped it tight in a vice overnight see if it settles down a little! Tempted to go and fit the led lights to the dash in the meantime!

    Lost rag with these bushes!!

Cheers guys, I’ll aim for the smash approach to get us back on the roads for the time being, and go for a refresh at a later date when I’ve got less of a tight schedule! Turboman - I’ve just gone for standards at the struts for the time being, with a view to upgrading to poly at the same time...

    Lost rag with these bushes!!

Yes life once again with the green oval!! :) already snapped the rear strut mount stud :) That being said the retard who installed the struts didn’t bother with the inner washers!!!

    Lost rag with these bushes!!

They were in sealed Bearmach bags directly from them so hope they aren’t cheap knock offs haha, I’ve had a pop with the vice but it doesn’t help, loving the idea of jacking em up with sliders though!

    Lost rag with these bushes!!

so thinking I was doing the right thing by going polybush (Bearmach kit) due to simplicity in fitting - every time I fit the sleeve to the trailing arm lower bush it pushes the dam thing out each side by apx 3mm - never gonna fit that in!! Has anyone else encountered this? At a loss atm, have...

    Gauges back lights

Do you mean this switch (attached).

    Gauges back lights

I should have added about the switch, is it the 3 way one you’re referring to? I’d pull the switch and see what colours are there and go from there with the help of a wiring diagram.

    Gauges back lights

Well you’ve confused an aircraft electrician! So going back to basics here and ignoring the courtesy light & new pod - do your Speedo backlights etc come on with your lights?

    Dormobile Dormatic seats

So the wife isn’t getting along with the Dormobile dormatic seats we have in our 110 - probably just a tad too high for her little legs, and she’s also wanting an extra seat in the 2nd row. After we’ve found something reasonable to put in their place, ie totally standard seating front & 2nd row...

    Hi Y’all.

Cheers all, I had considered a Td5 for a brief second, but rather stick to what I know - reliability and workability were pretty paramount!! She’s a way off from how I’d like it looks wise, but it’s a project right :) plenty on our Trello app to keep us going!

    Hi Y’all.

    Hi Y’all.

Greetings Landyzoners, Back on the landy scene after a few years off having got shot of a ‘94 90, now two kids a wife and a dog later I’ve found a nice family project to get stuck in to (the angle grinder has looked on forlornly during my BMW years) a ‘96 110 csw with 63k on the clock. Plenty...
