Hmmmm, let me check again in the morning. It felt viscous and oil like. Would Diesel feel viscous? Thought it would be more fluid than what i felt.

OK thank you very much for the advice. The oil was virtually clear in terms of appearance and didnt smell of much. It didnt look like black engine oil type liquid.

Could you expand on this point. Specifically on the likely reduction in shelf life by deviating from design specs. Do you think it will significantly reduce shelf life? Or likely see a gradual increase in wear over time?
