Can anyone tell me if you can just change the remote rf reciever in the headling by just swapping the parts or does it need plugging in a diagnostic machine. Dealer has confirmed its the rf reciever at fault .also is it hard to get at in the headlining thanks

Hi all im new to this forum ive read somewhere that when your fobs stop opening the car there can be couple of thing's ive had fobs refurbed so they are ok .ive seen possible wiring fault with the power to rf receiver in the roof but i can only find non uk posts can anyone confirm if the fault...
