The chassis was done with dinitrol 2 years ago no rot or holes just a bit of surface rust, the bulkhead has slight bubbling on one side but def not bad

Update was racking my brains and searching through posts on here and read about checking the yoke under the gearstick to make sure grub screw was in tight, anyway when I took the cover off I found I must of dropped 1 of the large self tapping screws from the tunnel cover and it was jamming...

Have a look at horse box window centre they do single locker door all aluminium with push button made to measure for just over £100, I had 2 made for my 90, gull windows.

Yea I think I will do it myself, I have had the gearbox out quite a few years ago, it’s the original lt77 gearbox but a disco 1 200tdi, can anyone tell me best clutch kit to get, would like to order one to get it before the weekend.

Thanks but I did see this video after I brought the bar, just thought it would be easier ta weld the top brackets to the body capping if I can’t get the drill in as I think this is steel , just thought has anyone done this ta make life easier

Yes a new k&n filter, I didn't think it would make a differance as the old one looked OK and I washed it out with some petrol a few times
