Hi All 300 tdi running, but no ignition lights or functions, so no wipers indicators ect I checked the back of the barrel ignition switch when turned to ignition 1 the live does connect to the next terminal then the next turn of the key starts it, any ideas please?

I think so, it was a Hicap before conversion and does have discs,I did see a lot of diffs for sale there last year, but no idea if they would be the same.

Yes we did, and they didn't match up, the plate was not matched to any car, just made up I think No matter how interesting I made it sound they were not coming out.

Only sometimes,never locks up on the flat, but huge clocks when changing gear or pulling away

Yes I think it may well be the flanges more I think about it,I did the fronts a while back but not the rear, must of done 90k with them since I have owned it

Yes it locks up,take the hand brake off and out of gear and it sits there until you put it in gear and let the clutch up then bang! and its free

I have checked the A-frame, looks pretty tight, typically let the clutch up and an almighty bang and if parked on a hill it locks up If that helps?
