    So after what seems like weeks of removing waxoyl it was time to see how the new crossmember fits, and now it’s Corroless painting time! Messy job but things look better in paint than crust!

    Hey all, hoping someone will know- I have taken my tank out for chassis repair on my 95 110 defender and broken the wire going to the dank level sensor. It has a 120l stainless tank not standard so I don’t know how/where I can get another sensor wire from and the fuel pick up has rusted away...

    Update on progress- have worked to cut out the old chassis crossmember and wiring this weekend and seem to constantly be buying bits for it! So next week will be a lot of cleaning, rust proofing the original metalwork and prepping for the new chassis!
