:) thanks. Were not losing fluid through the header tank, when the engine is turned off it bubbles up as if the system is pressured (could it be the thermostate?) the bottom radiator hose is cold but the top etc is hot, heater in car blowing hot as should do. thanks again

Seems ok, not groggy, noticed the bottom radiator hose is cold, any ideas why? is there a way of testing when the fans should kick in? :)

Hi, temperature gauge is fine- steady in the middle, no gunge in the oil. The fans do not seem to be kicking in and the engine management light is on We only noticed the bubbling after the journey we made- about 20 mins driving,it was when we switched it off we noticed it. thanks

Hi,not been on for a while. We have just bought a second hand landrover freelander 2ltr V6 and need advised regarding the header tank. My hubby just drove it for 20 minutes and when switched off and parked up the header tank was bubbling and filling up, slight hot smell coming from the car...

Thanks, brake lights still working though,is it just as simple as getting a new brake light switch or does it need to be tested to see if it is this, ive checked other threads re the 3 amigos but a litte confused:doh:

Hi, we replaced our injectors at weekend and could do with changing the fuel return pipes now as car a little smelly;) Anyone know where I can get these from, tried halfords and ebay but cannot find them, not sure if thats the right name for them, its the ones that go on top oo injectors...

Thanks for replies, its sorted now, something to do with the fuel not getting into them, just needed a jump start from a transit van and now ok :)

Hi, my hubby has just fitted 4 injectors to my landrover TD4. Charged the battery up but now the car wont start:( Have we bought dud injectors or does the car need to be re-progammed, any advice appreciated. Thanks Wendy:)

Hi, have now had a diagnostic test done via a Land Rover garage and the fault was No 3 Injector. Hubby has successfully changed it today and car running like a dream again!. Now need to try and sell the other 3 injectors we bought:eek: thanks
