Yes, I have a 2002 td4. It doesn't do all the features on the reader, but it does the vast majority , defiantly able to read the codes etc, as it detected a faulty sensor on my diesel... Hope that helps...

i was under the impression that if the beeping happens after you open the door, it also means the immobiliser has not been deactivated and that it cuts power to the fuel pump?
