Went out to the disco 2 td5 99 v turned the key and the gauge is well below empty and the lights on and yes it has got diesel in it any got any other ideas.The 30 amp fuse under the bonnet is ok Thanks Paul:confused:.

How do i bleed my disco 2 td5 cooling system i keep doing it but it always seems to have air in it should i keep the revs up and top up with water or just do it idling Cheers Paul:

ive got a 99 v discovey td5 auto when i turn the key the starter spins starts it but wont cut off untill i put it in gear the the starter stops ive got no electric windows working or central locking and the gear change display stays in park but it goes in gear any ideas can i reset the ecu any...

99 V disco the bulbs gone in the clock how do i remove it :confused:

why do you have to fight with the steering when going down country roads in my wifes disco s2 when my defender is fine it happens at all speeds and no strange noises

why do all the lights flash on the dash sometimes and it wont change gear yet you turn it off then on again and its ok

My wifes TD5 auto is crap on diesel it only does about 100 miles to 30 quid of diesel is this right she only does short trips would i be better getting a V8 petrol it cant be any worse can it . any idea what it should do

Any ideas when idling its fine put your foot down and it screeches its not the belts and it sounds like its coming from the right hand side of the engine bay, but it goes once your doing about 40 mph
