    Sorry should have put in that after EAC access use rangy no problem, stop and then lock car with the metal key as FOB not working, this then triggers CL to start working and from then on key fob works properly as normal.

    Yes the oil cooler pipes dont come off cooler very often so be prepared with a back up plan The coolers and fans come apart quite easily just follow your nose after manual reading

    Power steering pump, viscous radiator cooling fans seize up sounding very noisy when revving.........we cleaned ours and used WD40 or buy new Air con pump if fitted, take belt off and see

    Dont buy either, get a late diesel p38, defo not a 4.6 petrol p38 If you patrol the internet get a low mileage diesel p38 dse as leather cleans easy and you probably get better sound system etc Cruise with a caravan all day no prob Expect lots of service history and work as they are 16 years...

    Yes as dove says I put new brushes and re-coned my starter motor plus researched the best cold cranking amps battery that i could afford, fits and has the right terminal layout

    Take the glow plugs out, clean them and make sure they all glow hot in about 7 secs not 25 secs, put them back Heat the plugs with ignition, turn ignition off and on again heating .....waiting for 5 secs plus after the heater coil light goes out Spin it over, if not much stop spinning and repeat...

    yes but diesel is hard to set on fire.........we try on our Kaliningrad Russian farm here very hard with stick welders....plastic tank.....holes......not good Apparantly tank comes out easy but I did not have the ramp free or the effort free Yes just pop rivet a bodge down and put gunk on it...
