    Rear crankshaft oil seal

    An engine builder showed me how to remove the spring from the seal and shorten it a few mm then refit it. It makes the seal that tighter bit fit around the crank keeping it sealed longer. Has worked for me ever since.....

    I've just replaced the two long pipes that feed the back brakes. The pipe that goes over the petrol tank etc to the far side can be replaced without having to remove anything on the veichle.     Brake pipe is 3/16 and the connectors to the flexi pipes etc are 10mmx1.00mm pitch. UK spec.
