Finally found some time to finish the head lining install. Cut the light bit out for the rear secion Then got fitting, some after shots

Made a start on fitting the new fibreglass headlining. Started off by ripping out all the old stuff, unfortunately my attempts to recover the existing stuff failed as all the cloth came away and was just hanging, looked like I just had a sheet stuck to my roof Cut some holes in the new one...

Some bits arrived Oil Pressure switch for when I install the oil pressure dial. Figured might aswell be worth changing at the same time And my fix for my sagging roof lining, a fibreglass version! I was pleasantly surprised at how good the finish is actually, it replicates a natural fibre look

Yeah plan is to reuse the std one too. Vdo is also 10x1

I'm after fitting a vdo oil pressure gauge. So need the thread to get the correct adapter. I think m10x1 is correct based on anything iv seen so far.

Anyone know the thread size/type for the stock oil pressure switch above the oil filter on a 300tdi? Thanks

Took it for a bit of an off road excursion today, seemed to fair well climbing up and down this mud pile

Also took some shots near my real one, need to play about with the angles to get a perfect perspective shot, main problem is I need to drop the camera bang level with the ground but I cant get it low enough, basically it needs to go beyond the ground level
