It's really strange when you see normal sized stuff live hoovers in the background.

If you took some photos in scaled surroundings, I think I would struggle to see it's a model. Really good job :)

Does it have any gears?

It has lots of gears, but they all make up one gear if that makes sense.

Made a camera mount for my go pro out of some spare styrene rod

And a quick test vid, not very exciting, I will make some better off roading type ones

Also took some shots near my real one, need to play about with the angles to get a perfect perspective shot, main problem is I need to drop the camera bang level with the ground but I cant get it low enough, basically it needs to go beyond the ground level

That is very impressive and looks fantastic, though I must say its a shame that after all the effort the kit maker has gone to to make it accurate, they've got the bonnet/grille area wrong when compared to the real one...

Took it for a bit of an off road excursion today, seemed to fair well climbing up and down this mud pile

Love the one where it's on the wing. I meant does it have selectable manual gears? Some of the Tamiya models have a 3 speed manual unit where the gear change is controlled by another servo.

I've just ordered one of these from the U.S.

Even if it gets hit for duty it'll be £100 cheaper than buying it in the UK.

To the OP, did you get all the accessories in one place and do you have anything left over for sale :)

Well done, you will love it.

If its OK with the OP and yourself, please post your build pics on this thread, it will make it far easier to keep track of.

Mine is built and running, I wanted to get all the electricks sussed before painting. So I need to take it apart and paint it.

The interior "seat tray" of the 110 kit is useless apart from the front seats, its the same as the one in the 90 kit, so I have cut mine off behind the front seats, and will make the rest out of balsa or styrene.

Away from home right now, but will post some pics after next week.

Hope this isn't seen as a hijack.
