    I now have my 1986 ex mod 110 defender N/A... I am kicking myself for not getting into landies before. Absolutely loving it, stuff to do but no complicated electrics to play with and simple engineering. Now also getting used to other landie driver waving to me all the time. Thanks for the advice...

    Is it normal?

    Morning, I am looking at buying a 110 defender ex mod 1986. Is it normal to find it a imported on a on line vehicle check? Would that be because it was a military vehicle? I am not really sure if this should effect me buying or not. It was manufactured in 86 and first registered in 88. Thanks...

    What's the point?

    Is it just me that finds the MOT checking facility via VOSA a bit of a waste of time. If you are trying to find out the history MOT ( work, advisories and failures) you need the v5c number from the reg document or last mot certificate number. Why can't you check history without asking the owner...
